Description

The Rye Dementia Cafes will be a volunteer led program operating from the Rye Community House on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, re-opening in 2026.

 

We with the support of Umbrella Dementia Cafes, the Rye Dementia Cafe program ran between March 2025 – September 2025 as a pilot program.

 

With the onboarding of a new program leader, this program is expected to re-commence early 2026 to support newly diagnosed people with dementia and their family in the Rye area.

 

Umbrella Dementia Cafes provides coaching and mentorship to the Rye Community House team, who are our first affiliate community partner.
