A cafe for people living with dementia, their caregivers and the general community.
Description

The Golden Wattle is a not-for-profit cafe at Goodwood Community Centre. Our vision is Is to make dementia more acceptable in the community and help address the stigma attached to it.

We provide our guests with a safe and comfortable environment where they can socialise with others and enjoy a lovely morning tea.  We often have live music, singalongs, games and guest speakers.

Most Mondays we have live entertainment with songs that are sure to bring back pleasant memories. You are welcome to dance and sing along. We open every Monday from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon

The Golden Wattle was established in 2020.
