Description

Tulip Social Hub supports people living with dementia and their carers in the local community. We organise regular catch-ups, including lunch outings, bus trips, karaoke, information sessions and bowls, to name just a few of the activities we do to stay socially connected and support one another.

Our members share their achievements, celebrate festivals and cultures, and encourage each other to remain engaged in the community. Our free dementia café offers additional support in everyday life, with around 20–30 people attending each session.

Tulip Social Hub is a welcoming place to make new friends, build connections and socialise.

Independent Cafes Joining Form

Complete this Expression of Interest form to have your dementia café considered for inclusion in our Independent Dementia Café Directory.

Please answer the questions below. All submissions are reviewed by our Café Support Team, who will contact you within seven business days.

As part of our review process, we will arrange a brief conversation with you to confirm the information provided and gain a better understanding of your café. If your application is approved, we will request your logo and a current photo of your café to create your directory listing on our website.

A stock image can be used for you if you don't have a Cafe image.
