An informal group Facilitated by one of our dementia care & support coordinators. Come along and enjoy a free cuppa and conversation while connecting with other people on a similar journey as yours. Carers can come alone or with their loved one.

Independent Cafes Joining Form

Complete this Expression of Interest form to have your dementia café considered for inclusion in our Independent Dementia Café Directory.

Please answer the questions below. All submissions are reviewed by our Café Support Team, who will contact you within seven business days.

As part of our review process, we will arrange a brief conversation with you to confirm the information provided and gain a better understanding of your café. If your application is approved, we will request your logo and a current photo of your café to create your directory listing on our website.

A stock image can be used for you if you don't have a Cafe image.
