She is a truly valued member of our community and has welcomed over 300 couples to our flagship café! So, this year Faye dedicated her 80th birthdays to Umbrella Dementia Cafes, asking friends and family to donate to UDC instead of gifts. So far, they have donated a whopping $1,800, which will directly benefit the Umbrella Café, Blackburn. Faye’s family and friends’ generosity will enormously beneficial all members who attend her café.
Umbrella Dementia Cafés is an independent charity dedicated to providing vital dementia-inclusive social supports to Australians since 2016.
