Our unique UDC volunteer training has a strong emphasis on empathetic (not sympathetic) communication styles, dementia-friendly environments and having a continuous improvement mindset.\u00a0<\/p><p>Each of our cafes have a maximum of 10 volunteers and a minimum of 5 volunteers for each cafe meeting.
