location &#8211; total of 21 cafes in 2026.<\/li><li>Ensure each caf\u00e9 follows the UDC model, structure and programs the caf\u00e9 is delivering.\ufffc<\/li><li>Oversee the running of the caf\u00e9 and assist the volunteer team with pack down.\ufffc<\/li><li>Delegate or collect, the afternoon tea prior to each caf\u00e9.\ufffc<\/li><li>Facilitate 15-minute volunteer meetings after every caf\u00e9.\ufffc<\/li><li>Report to the Dementia Caf\u00e9s Coordinator regarding caf\u00e9 progress, outcomes, and operational needs (including training, equipment, guest speakers or information).\ufffc<\/li><li>Work closely with the volunteer team to maintain a positive culture and working environment.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Dementia Caf\u00e9s Coordinator to plan activities for each caf\u00e9.\ufffc<\/li><li><span data-path-to-node=\"5,8,1,0\"><span class=\"citation-80\">Be an active<\/span><span class=\"citation-80\"> contributor with a genuine interest in
