The Friendship Caf\u00e9 is our first caf\u00e9 on the Mornington Peninsula, and while it\u2019s hosted in a large community house, it has a cottage feel as soon as you enter the front door. The Friendship Caf\u00e9 has a maximum of 10 couples and is supported by 8 volunteers, many of whom were members themselves and so come with valuable experience and advice on how to navigate the home or aged care system.<\/p>\n

This caf\u00e9 is certainly joyous! With all the tables pushed together, this caf\u00e9 group do a lot of the activities together and not afraid of nostalgic games or spontaneous singing! With the Cafe Facilitator, Colleen a foster mum of kittens, we are often visited by new furry friends who just want a cuddle.<\/p>\n
